Meet Juan Fernando
A1A Custom Homes was established in 2014 with a straightforward mission: to deliver custom residential remodeling and home building with direct builder oversight and artisan-level craftsmanship.
Founder Juan Fernando brings more than 25 years of structural construction experience to the company. Throughout his career, he has contributed hands-on expertise to more than 40 luxury custom homes across South Florida's premier communities.
Unlike corporate remodeling firms where homeowners deal with a series of commission-based salespeople and revolving job coordinators, Juan remains personally engaged in every project. He visits job sites daily, reviews tile cuts, tests waterproofing, and ensures that architectural drawings are realized down to the millimeter.
